Does this plan include local and long-distance charges?

Yes, it does. Every month, you get unlimited local and long-distance calling across the U.S. (including Puerto Rico), Canada and Mexico. International calls are charged at our low per-minute rates.
Do I have to sign a contract?

Only if you want to. You'll be billed the same monthly rate either way. The only difference is that with a one-year contract, you get free shipping, free activation, and get to take advantage of any special introductory pricing.
Are there any restrictions on "unlimited" calling?

Our Vonage^® North America plan is for normal residential use only and can't be used for commercial or other special purposes. See our Reasonable Use Policy and Terms of Service for more info.
